    Rebecca McInroy

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Rebecca McInroy believes everyone deserves access to meaningful conversations that help us build community and understand the human experience.

She's an award-winning producer, journalist, and host for public radio and podcasts, with over 20 years of experience creating audio content that connects people to ideas, innovations, and intellectual communities around the globe. She serves as Executive Producer of SEE YOU NOW, a Johnson & Johnson and American Nurses Association podcast that spotlights nurse-led healthcare innovation while providing free continuing education credits.

Her current slate includes creating and hosting American Compassion with FindHelp.org—a documentary exploration of America's social safety net—and producing Two Guys on Your Head, a beloved psychology podcast that appears in academic curricula and leadership training programs. Her academic journey took her from anthropology in Iowa to archaeology in Israel to journalism in Greece, before she found her home in public radio and earned her master's in Media Studies from UT Austin.

Even as a child, Rebecca was creating radio shows on cassette tape, and during seven years of international travel and study, she continued recording everything from lectures to marketplace conversations, using those recordings to craft her first radio documentaries. Her mission remains unchanged: creating social and audio experiences that deepen human connection and inspire new ways of seeing and being.

She's thrilled to develop Creativity is the Job of the Future with Doreen and Michael, sharing stories of how some unexpected people are the most creative beings on the planet.
